Via the ground floor hall you have access to a 2-person bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and sink.

On the ground floor is a wellness area with a 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, a separate toilet and the indoor sauna with an outdoor door towards the large covered XL jacuzzi (7 people!).

Furthermore, on the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen with e.g. oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, induction cooker.

The living room has a lovely lounge sofa, TV and a 10-person dining table. Through the sliding door you step directly into the garden with water views.

On the upper floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms with a separate toilet.

The house is suitable for 10 people and two small children. There are 2 baby beds and 2 high chairs available.

- The villa is located on a quiet and green holiday park, and after 22:00 the outside must be silent.

- Young groups under 23 years not allowed and young groups 23-30 years allowed with deposit.

- Music outside is not allowed during the day and in the evening.

- No pets allowed.

- No (organized) house parties.

- No accommodation for workers.

- Smoking inside not allowed.
